You can always browse the schedule before you buy.

Check to see if the time you want is open. When you are ready to buy, create a personal login for your student (not parent). Add your payment info then buy your monthly autopay Contract to fund your account. After funding the account you will be able to book/schedule lessons for that student.

Existing members do not need to create a new portal.

1. For easy scheduling/booking: Schedule each individual student through that individual student's portal (not in the parent or sibling name.) You will be able to see your entire schedule in your online personal portal 24/7.

TUITION PAYMENTS for RECURRING LESSONS:

Auto payments are Equal monthly installments regardless of your attendance or number of weeks offered in the month (sometimes there's 5 weeks of lessons, sometimes 2 weeks...).

First month is charged immediately. Prorated enrollment tuition. Thereafter Monthly autopay is on the last day of the month (for the next month). Example: autopay August 31st for September lessons.

No rescheduling, no refunds, no credits: You are reserving space just for you. You are charged tuition regardless of your attendance.

MAKEUPS FOR RECURRING LESSONS: 2 makeups per school year for private lessons only (September 5, 2016 - April 30, 2017) to be organized with your instructor. Missed makeups are not rescheduled. After April, we run out of time to add private makeup lessons.  

No makeups, credits nor rescheduling for groups and bands.

If we close due to inclement weather, a makeup day will be provided for the entire group or the entire teaching day of private lessons.

SUBSTITUTE TEAM MEMBERS: When your instructor is out, another team member may teach your lesson as to not inconvenience your time.

TERMINATION: Only a 2 week written notice is accepted when ready to withdraw/terminate so we can adjust the autopay.  Last autopay is normally May 31st.

When terminating the contract before the end of the contract the Last two weeks of the contract are automatically charged. This is the required two week notice. Any unused makeups are forfeited. Any scheduled makeups will be forfeited.

If you prefer to stay for the School Year, there is no need to withdraw nor give notice, it's automatic and there is no 2 week notice fee.
