TUITION:

How much do private music lessons cost?

(Materials, performance fees are additional)

$30= 30 minutes  

$45= 45 minutes   

$60= 60 minutes

(All are billed in advance of the month in 9 equal monthly installments through autopay).  Yes, you are prorated if you enroll after August 31.

TWO DIFFERENT SEMESTERS:

There is only one annual registration fee paid per student.

1. First semester:

SCHOOL YEAR SEMESTER

August 31, 2015 - June 3, 2016 (paid in 9 equal montly installments automatic payments)

2. Second semester:

Summer Semester (pay as you go one lesson at a time or prebook several custom lesson dates. No summer makeups due to the custom scheduling.)

WITHDRAWAL:  

For the School Year Semester only.

Withdraw Anytime online through our scheduling system only.

It includes the required a two week online notice. You control the termination of your contract in your online portal.

You have reservied space for the School Year Semester that ends Jun 3, 2016 that you can terminate online through your personal online portal.  It gives us the required two weeks notice.

Terminations are not through email, reception or instructors. You are in control online.

REFUNDS: NO, we don't offer refunds if student skips the lessons. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

CLOSURE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATER: A makeup will be provided by extending the school year semester by one week. You would them attend on your regular day/time.

MAKEUPS: You must actually miss the lesson first.

• Then, you buy the makeup at $0 online through your personal portal. That's how we know you want it. (You are offered 2 makeups for the school year sememster.) 
• Your instructor will email you to set up the makeup day/time in an unsold spot.

If the spot gets sold, your instructor will reschedule. If you miss the makeup, your instructor is unable to reschedule.

MORE MAKEUP INFORMATION:

YES, we do offer 2 makeup lessons during the school year for lessons you skip August 31 - April 30. We close the school and just do makeups on dedicated makeup days. You must request the makeup online through the scheduling system.  Your instructor will contact you if an earlier makeup opportunity becomes available. Makeups are not valid after Withdrawal has been requested. Missed makeups are not rescheduled/not refunded.

GROUP CLASSES: NO MAKEUPS

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS: YES, we offer substitute teachers and makeups of if the teacher is out.

HOW DO I PAY?

It's easy! We do autopay in 9 equal monthly installments through your credit card or debit card or online check payments (YOU ARE PRORATED IF YOU JOIN AFTER AUGUST 31):

PAYMENT AMOUNT REMAINS THE SAME REGARLESS OF ATTENDANCE, NUMBER OF LESSON IN THE MONTH. SOME MONTHS YOU'LL RECEIVE 2 TO 5 LESSONS. YOUR ACCOUNT AMOUNT BALANCES OVER THE SCHOOL YEAR SEMEMSTER.

DO YOU NEED AN INSTRUMENT:

Yes, you need to have your own personal instrument to practice on for successful lessons.  

ARE YOU A MUSIC STORE:

We are not a music store and do not provide nor loan instruments/music/materials, but can refer you to local businesses.

 

When are you open for lessons during the school year?
Fall/Spring Lessons are by appointment and are offered seven days a week based on instructor availabilty: August 31, 2015 - June 3, 2016.

Lessons times are by appointment: Monday - Friday

Music school opens: at 2:30 pm

SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS



When are you open for lessons/camps during the summer?

We teach camps in the morning/early afternoon Monday-Friday for camps during the summer.

We open at 2:30 pm for private lessons.

BUY SEVERAL SUMMER LESSONS. YOU CHOOSE.

Summer Music lessons are offered June 8, 2015 and end August 31, 2015. Also, we waive your registration fee for Fall registration and also offer priority Fall registration each student that chooses to take at least ten half-hour classes throughout the summer or enrolls in a music summer camp. WE OFFER CUSTOM SUMMER SCHEDULES. We'll provide you with a summer scheduling request online form on which you pre-request your most desired days/times for summer lessons from June  6, 2016- August 31, 2016. We then work to match your scheduling requests and invoice you for those summer lessons that we are able to offer. This helps prevent scheduling overlaps with preplanned vacationing and your personal summer activity scheduling.

After summer your instructor's teaching schedule or your personal availability for the School Year Semester may change. We're happy that we accommodate a large number of families and we won't know your personal schedule unless we have the new completed written request. We only know what times you desire if you complete the new form and turn it in. Thanks!
